1. About TelcoLens
TelcoLens is an independently operated sole-proprietor brand providing online telecom diagnostics, monitoring, evidence management, and related software services. Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, using the platform, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use TelcoLens for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your organization's users follow these terms.
4. Diagnostic boundaries
You may run diagnostics only against systems, numbers, domains, and networks that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use TelcoLens to disrupt services, bypass security controls, collect data unlawfully, scan indiscriminately, or facilitate fraud or abuse. Platform-enforced limits do not replace your responsibility to obtain authorization.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal
Paid plans are flat-rate subscriptions billed monthly or annually as shown before checkout. Eligible new subscriptions include a 14-day trial that requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription automatically renews for the same interval at the displayed price, subject to any advance notice required by law.
You may cancel through the billing workspace or Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law or an approved refund requires earlier termination.
6. Paddle checkout
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, payment-related buyer support, and returns. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy information are presented during checkout. TelcoLens does not receive or store full payment-card details.
7. Refunds
Our voluntary 30-day guarantee and the refund-request process are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep TelcoLens reliable and secure, but diagnostics depend on third-party networks and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Results are evidence to support professional judgment, not a guarantee that a network, service, or configuration is correct. We may modify features or limits where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, supplier availability, or product improvement.
9. Intellectual property
TelcoLens and its software, interface, documentation, and branding remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data, deliver the service, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, payment failure, material breach, or risk to other users. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TelcoLens is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely from diagnostic output. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms prospectively and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Contact [email protected] with questions or complaints.
