1. Who is responsible for your information
TelcoLens is an independently operated sole-proprietor brand and is responsible for personal information processed through the TelcoLens platform, except where another party acts as an independent controller. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, organization membership, authentication and security records, subscription references, support communications, device and network information, product usage, and diagnostic inputs and results. Diagnostic data may include domains, IP addresses, phone numbers, SIP addresses, and technical evidence supplied by or generated for an authorized user.
Paddle processes checkout and payment information as Merchant of Record. TelcoLens receives transaction, customer, subscription, tax, and payment-status references needed to provide billing features, but does not receive or store full payment-card details.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide authorized diagnostics, operate subscriptions and entitlements, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations.
4. Diagnostic responsibility
Organizations determine which authorized targets and diagnostic data their users submit. Customers must avoid submitting unnecessary personal data or secrets and must have a lawful basis for the diagnostic activity. TelcoLens applies bounded execution, access controls, and redaction measures, but customers remain responsible for their instructions and source data.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with infrastructure, security, communications, monitoring, support, and payment providers; with an organization that administers your account; when required by law; or during a legitimate business reorganization. Paddle independently processes buyer and payment information under the notices shown during checkout. We do not sell personal information.
6. International processing
TelcoLens is internationally available, so information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information transferred across borders.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type, subscription status, workspace settings, and applicable law. Data may remain temporarily in protected backups after deletion from active systems.
8. Security
We use access controls, tenant isolation, encryption where appropriate, audit logging, restricted diagnostic execution, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected security or privacy incidents promptly.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where lawfully required. Organization-managed users should also contact their organization administrator.
10. Cookies and similar technology
We use essential browser storage and similar technology for authentication, security, session continuity, and user preferences. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technology will be governed by the consent choices required in the relevant jurisdiction.
11. Children and policy changes
TelcoLens is a professional service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy prospectively and will publish the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
12. Contact
Send privacy questions, complaints, or rights requests to [email protected]. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.
