Refund Policy

Effective 23 August 2026

30-day first-payment guarantee

If TelcoLens is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 30 calendar days after that charge was completed.

1. Free trial

Eligible new subscriptions include a 14-day trial and require a payment method. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The voluntary 30-day guarantee begins when the first paid subscription transaction is completed, not when the trial begins.

2. What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers one full refund of the first paid charge for a new TelcoLens subscription. It does not automatically cover later renewals, plan changes, usage-based charges that may be introduced in the future, previously refunded accounts, or purchases associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or a material breach of the Terms and Conditions.

3. Mandatory rights and later charges

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights provided by applicable law. Requests involving renewals or circumstances outside the guarantee may still be reviewed under Paddle's buyer policies, applicable law, and the facts of the request.

4. How to request a refund

Use the manage-purchase or support link in your Paddle receipt, use the Paddle customer portal from the TelcoLens billing workspace, or email [email protected]. Include the email address used for purchase and enough transaction information to identify the charge, but never send full payment-card details.

5. Processing and access

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the receiving financial institution. Access associated with a fully refunded subscription may end when the refund is approved.

6. Refund abuse

We may ask Paddle to decline a voluntary refund where there is credible evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, chargeback manipulation, unlawful use, or substantial misuse of the service. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and questions

The version of this policy in effect when the relevant transaction occurred governs the voluntary guarantee for that transaction. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
